Student Corner // Scholarships

BP and Producers Assistance Corporation award scholarships for undergraduate studies in process technology or instrumentation technology. These scholarships target students who seek an education to be employed in the industries that use and control mechanical, physical or chemical processes to produce a final product.

In 2007, BP and Producers Assistance Corporation awarded eight scholarships to outstanding students from the following institutions:

• Alvin Community College - Alvin, Texas
• Baton Rouge Community College - Baton Rouge, Louisiana
• Houston Community College - Houston, Texas
• San Jacinto College - Pasadena, Texas
• San Juan College - Farmington, New Mexico
• University of Alaska - Anchorage, Alaska
• Wharton County Junior College - Wharton, Texas
